93 gs300 window regulator problems HELP!!
Check ebay, or hit up a junk yard and look for a 93-96 gs300. I checked ebay just now and found some for 60-100 bucks and thats what I did when replacing my rear.
The one i purchased was in great condition in comparison to my others. My fronts are starting to get slow now and I pulled spares off a parts car for that project.
Pick n Pull is probably your best bet! Bring a tool box, and a little know-how and start dissecting!
This video from youtube from another member shows it well:
Here is another tutorial post I made with 2 methods in which you can prop up the failed window. permanently until you can fix it.

Also Rockauto.com has the rear right and front left window motors for ~$25 and ~$45. there are only a few left. If the top and bottom plastic clips from your window regulator are still in tact, just buy the motors (if its one of these locations).
If the top and bottom plastic peices are broken then I would use donor cut up plastic, jb weld, and a micro bolt and nut to fabricate something that will work. I believe I mentioned this in my post on how to prop the window up temporarily listed above.
Hope this helps.
Oh you can also check:

I just checked and there are some as low as $75.
I just checked rockauto.com for a window regulator for 93 lexus gs300 and they have two, one for the left rear and one for the right rear at $16.94 plus shipping and handling. Just the regulator and not the motor. Also, I suggest you check some local salvage yards and see if they may have some parts for your car. Going to the salvage yard helps tremendously because removing the part from the car provides me with some experience of how it works, what is involved in the install, etc...
Anyways, good luck and such.
