Anyone know...
If this is supposed to be bolted down? or not?
It's the Oil Filter Connection Area.
I don't recall removing one. It doesn't even look like one has ever been installed.
Just want to be sure, while I can actually reach it.

UPDATE;
I did some tinkering and there appears to just be 1 big bolt holding the whole bracket on.
I would imagine the stud in question just functions to keep it lined up and from spinning around, and does NOT need to be bolted down.
