Hi, so my car will start no problem when the engine is cold, after car is regular operating tempeture the car will randomly die as if someone turned the key off... no sputter nothing just on then off. So this is what i have done thus far: replaced the distributor, the coil, and the ecu already. tired of throwing away money any insights would be appreciated.

 

If the car has problems when its hot, you usually suspect a bad coolant temperature sensor.

 

Does it start right away when you try to start the car after is stalls? Check for codes as well in sure the ecu is causing this issue. But check the codes first then post them here

 

Does it die when you are braking or using your turn signals?

 

Sounds like your Fuel Pump ECU is failing. You should do the relay mod:
