how did you take it off? Was it time consuming?

taking the front grille off is very easy, bro. first you have to take the grille off the hood by
removing two 10mm bolts that holds the hood latch. then, two philip screws and two 10mm bolts needs to come off on each end of the grille. the grille shud come off by lifting it up. then, there are at least
9 phillip screws you need to take out in order to disassemble the front grille from its housing.

this is not time consuming. very easy job.......

I wish I could do that, but I can't. The screw directly behind the lexus logo is stripped. The screw driver can't get a grip on anything to open it...

Good Job Indy My grill is a little faded too.. I've been spraying silicone tire shine (aerosol) on mine to make it shine. I will paint mine as well later on.
