For those of you that have tried to use the civic intake in the gs300 will this one here work ebay intake it comes out to $42 shipped and looks okay. I just want the sound and will be making a cold air box.

 

yes, but you will have to cut 1/4 or so of it off.

here's a pic on that intake on my 96 gs. except i am using BLITZ drop in filter cuz i tried so many cone filters and all thy do is make noise but not enough power. i would recommend a drop-in filter like mine, or K&N, or even TRD filters.

 

well i like the sound and hopefully when i make my cold air box it'll quiet it down a bit and make the cone do a better job.

yes i do, its not really like that all the time though just when you punch it pretty good. I'm making an aluminum intake box with just the top open so that'll cut down on the warm air and the sound a bit.
