Default Re-wire horn?

Ok since getting my aftermarket steering wheel I have been without a horn as well as cruise control. But since I don't know exactly how they did it I don't know where they disconnected the system. So how can I from scratch (sp?), rewire the hron directly from the wiring coming off of the horn? I can't findthe wiring system in my manual anywhere. The cruise control would be really nice, but I don't have a clue where to start on that one, and I am sure it is more complicated than the horn.
Thanks!

Maybe they are both just disconnected at the steering wheel. So how can I re-wire this, and place switched somewhere else? The airbag has one big square plug adn then the steering wheel has one little tiny square plug and one rectangle plug. The cruise controls go to the rectangle plug, and then the wires coming out of the rectangle plug go to the tiny square plug. My camera isn't working otherwise I would take pics. I guess I will have to attempt to remove the new steering wheel and see if those plugs exist somewhere, plug them in and see what happens. Can I screw anything up by doing this? I mean the airbag will still be unplugged, and my airbag light is always on, but anything else? I don't know how I will connect the horn to come momentray switch, and how I will mount the cruise controls, but I hope I can figure this out so I have a horn and cruise again.
