Default first lexus

Just got my 1st ever lexus today a gs300 1997 for a bargain price of 500 well I recon its a bargain only 72k on the clock smooth gear changes quiet engine clean inside and out. All electrics work to. Only thing is passengers windows rattles when down and driving any ideas. And some oil season from the rocker cover seam. Will upload pics soon

window rattle....hmmmm maybe its a little off track...or the window trim could be bad. my drivers side was like that when i first got it, replaced the window trim and i was good to go!

What's the biggest wheel I can get on this Damned car. Without doing extra work. Would like it lowered to the back end is a bit high

500 with 72k on the odometer?!? That is a hell of a deal. Too bad your all the way in CA though, i would offer you double if you were interested in selling. As for the biggest wheels i am thinking 20 inches, but you might as well lower it and go like 18-19 inches, thats just my opinion

Well 495 but close enough to 500. Found that it has oil seating from the join on the top rocker. I would this be the valve gasket I need to replace. I any ideas

Sounds like valve covers to me. Like 1GSLUVER said, you can run 20s lowered on it. Its all about offset. Any pics of the $500 car? Also welcome to the forum.
