Default 1999 GS 300 Trottle Position Sensor

Just wanted to know if the throttle position sensor is easy enough to replace myself.

Im pretty sure its the same specs as well for the gs. If you dont have a multimeter a obd2 scanner works as well to get the tps in specs.
