Dang, your light output looks better than that of an actual BMW. And the modded headlight looks fantastic.

Keep the mods coming.

Thanks man. those are actually bad pics. i took another one tonight on a lightly lit road. also all the picture's above are with my HID fogs OFF. including this one. that fire hydrant is about 5 car lengths away. you do the math and notice now the cutoff line is still perfect along the wall.

I am impressed. Did you sand down the left headlamp? It looks like you get more light on the right side.

Are there any write-ups on how to remove the yellow plastic from the headlight? Also, I'd be curious to know how to take them apart and the put them back together.

now that you tell me that i see what you mean. No. i haven't had a chance to sand down the driver side yet. only the passenger side is partially done right now. it took me like 1 whole day to do 1 side. its a lot of sanding because you can't use a machine. you have to do it all by hand. i'll post pics against a wall tonight so you can see the BIG difference the light output is. you'll be impressed. even the beam pattern is much better on the passenger side and its VERY noticable.

total cost for a 25% increase output and great looks will run you about 15 dollars in sand paper and 3 dollars in a bottom of plexiglass scratch remover.
