Quick question is there a difference between the aristo camshafts and the gs300's?

Yes. They are not only different sizes, but the Aristo cams do NOT work in the 2JZ-GE engine (unless a different ignition method is used). The GE runs off of a distributor, and the camshaft has the gear that turns the distributor.

I resently bought some aristo camshafts from a friend.. could I change from distributor to COP or would that be to difficult/waist of money?

Anybody know if I would I be able to use Aristo cams if I switch to coil on plug??

you need to check valve clearance after switching cams.
