Default Outside Temp sensor?

Hi!

I think my temp sensor is not working properly in my 95 GS. The temperature reading goes up very slowly. Where is the sensor located? What should I do?

Thanks

what do you mean exactly by "goes up very slowly"? by adjusting to the correct temp or it reads a certain temp then keeps rising?

If you are referring to the temp gauge in your instrument cluster, that is the engine water temp gauge. It is not the outside temp gauge.

No, I'm referring to the temp display in the dashboard. For example, if I park the car in my garage overnight where air temp is around 60 F, and then go for a ride (outside temp 86 F), it takes a long time for the display to show the real outside temp (by long time I mean an hour or even more).

try cleaning the sensor? I believe it is located behind the driver side bumper.
