Electrical Problem..Need Help!!!

Hey does any one have a clue what happen..my car fog light stays on evan if i turn it of or if the car is off..but it shuts off when i pull out the fog light fuse...thanks if anyone could help...

Im not exactly sure, but your wires might be grounded somewhere else causing them to stay on. but im not to sure.
