I finally got around to doing this ... was so excited I couldn't wait till night time

 

i was wonderin about those can you do a write up?

 

the red reflector isn't that bad. well.... maybe beacuse my GS is red too.

I thought they only made burgundy GS300 not red

 

its not exactly red... its more like maroon or burgundy. sorry for the confusion
tried to post pics but it keep tellin me my files are too big.

 

This mod was quite simple. I just used an exact-o knife to cut out the red reflector because the 2 bolts holding it in were too badly rusted for me to get them off.

I started small and just kept shaving until I could wedge the new side markers in.

Then I just removed my rear lights and reached down and grabbed the wires and connected them to my rear indicator.

Cool. I have a white 94 gs and them damn things are ugly! where did u get the lights that fit? is it legal to use another color?

 

Since there are already amber bulbs in the rear lights I doubt that you would get into any problems. The markers are Junction Produce and I got them from another CL member. I don't think he has any more though :|

Look much nicer than the stock one.

 

the mod is he has clear side marker instead of red and he wied it up to the rear signal light so it turns =on with the signal light
