Hi I have the same problem with mine - changed a bulb in the climate control unit, put everything back together and essentially the centre stack is dead. No clock, ac. or radio/cd. Is it a fuse?

those seem to all be fuse issues. I had the same problems when I bought my car. All I did was change all the fuses by the battery for $10 and suddenly all the things I thought were broken were working. I think you guys have fuse problems.

There's also a small fuse box by the pedals under the cluster. I don't remember what things those fuses control, but its worth a look if no fuses look bad by the battery.

If its neither of those... hopefully there aren't any shorts...

there is most likely a fuse dead, and chances are it's one of the ones near the gas pedal, i think it's a 7.5 but don't qoute me on it, just go buy a cheap fuse tester and use that, it's easier than pulling all of them.

i blew a fuse in there, and the CD and climate control lights didn't work, it was just a wierdly labelled fuse, i think it was the fuse labelled TV or something

Don't forget the fuses on the passenger side too. There are fuses all over the place in these cars.

There is a panel just under the dash opposite of the drivers panel. I looked it up in my manual and was surprised too.

Hey, I had booked an appointment at the local Lexus dealership to address my concerns - but they wanted the car for the day and to do all sorts of diagnostics which would run me hundreds of dollars no doubt. Something told me to go down to my local Midas Muffler shop and have them look at it. Problem solved ! Turns out a blown fuse in the kick panel. Charge 5.00 dollars. I'll now cancell my appointment with Lexus.....

so, just under the stereo basically? cause the passenger footwell houses the ECU, where abouts in reference is it? cause the drivers fuse panel is on the outside near the door hinge, is the pasenger one, on the inside of hte car, under the stereo kinda, by the transmission or by the doors?

The drivers side fuse box is inside under the dash near the parking break pedal. You'll see a black panel with the fuse diagrams, pull and the fuses are in their. Check owners manual for exact fuse but I think it's a number 5 with 15 amps. I think. Not sure bout the passenger side - There is no reference to this in the owners man.
