Where is the fuel filter located?

Default Where is the fuel filter located?

i bought a purolator and need to know if it is hard to install. from what it sounds like it is easy, but is there anything i need to know? one shop is charging me $65 is that a good price?

do it yourself man its really easy, way easier then even an oil change, ill try to find out for you where its located, so if you can wait till tomorrow i can find out and maybe ven a picture. lol

Default fuel filter

it is in your trunk.. just pull the back carpet down and you will see you gas tank...yah scary the gas tank is rite behind the back seat...hahaha.. that why the trunk is so small.....hahaha....it is a circle thing with i belive 6 or 8 bolts.... thake that out and you will see the fuel pump.....

WRONG!!!!! The fuel pump is under the car!!! it's located underneath, near the drivers side rear door. it has some brackets holding it on and you will need to plug the hose once removed to prevent loosing alot of gas.

I dunno what planet your gs is from but I just changed my fuel pump today and its an in tank pump!

He was looking for the fuel filter, not the pump to begin with. And Turbo just used the wrong words, but the fuel filter is located under the car behind the driver side rear door.

PS. old thread, no need to argue.

Haha, its all good, and the filter is under the rear driver side door, if you look you should be able to spot it with the car jacked up.
