Default Reprogram Remote Key?

Hi, this is my first post. I just got a '96 GS300, and it came with Three keys. Browsing through these forums, and the owners manual, I've determined that one of the keys is the valet key. I have two others with a button on the key to unlock the doors. The first key works fine, the second, not at all. I thought it needed a new battery, but I replaced the old one and it still doesn't work. So either the key needs to be reprogrammed, or it just doesn't work. Does anyone know how to go about reprogramming this key? Thanks.

If you search the forum you'll find the way to re-program your key. I bought a spare, ($70.00)but you must follow instructions to the letter. Its almost comical, stamp on break pedal three times, turn ignition on/off twice etc, it took me 4 attempts but got it in the end. Mine is 01, but think principals are the same.
