Default Clearing Corners

I have a 1st gen Gs300... and as im typing im trying to clear the orange reflectors. i stabbed it with a screwdriver over 100 times and nothing happened, any ideas or tips i can use?

fasho how much you fixin to shoot me??the job takes about a few hours to clean them up and takem apart plus polish them...how you wanna do it shippem to me???

took me about 1hr for both, i got the reflector to break, got a few scratches on the inside but you cant see unless you go up close. thanks for your replys.

i used a screwdriver, and pushed it agains the reflector, and punched the top of the screwdriver, it broke into 2 pieces and i smashed them with pliers until i got them all out.

I would never to it this way.All you guys are doing is damaging the headlight.The best way is just to open the headlights.Stabbing the reflector will look ugly after your done.Just do it right the first time.Use a heat gun or put it in the oven.There are thread on how to do this.Please stop stabbing the reflectorsThank you.

yeah, but not everyone works on modding headlights like you. I would probably melt and deform the headlight if I tried to do what you do. Also there is a chance of water and moisture getting in once the headlight sealed back on. Your a professional headlight modder Jess. heheh

Cracking the piece is the easiest way to do it, but I do agree that it will scratch the insides a lil. Its a small risk compared to heating it up or putting it in the oven.

You guys should do what you want here, I don't want to make it an argument. I already have mines cleared so the person who choses to do it should decide carefully on which way to do it.

i know i was going to have scratches, but i did it anyway, because its less time consuming then popping it in the oven and resealing it perfect, then finding out you left out a spot and now have condensation.
