What oven temp works the best in your opinion, jess. How long do you leave it? I might practice on my friend's FORD headlights. They are all filled with moisture and cloudy.

 

250 works for me.I leave them in for about 3 min.

If that's the case, how come you insist on buying USED SPrings for your car? Afterall you do own a Lexus right? Why try to save 75.00 in buying used springs. Same analogy here. In the instance of the headlights, some people don't have time to wait for the headlight to dry or risk moisture.

Yeah, but every car settles differently. My rear passenger with the eibachs were always higher than the left. In your case it would probably stay the same. On the other hand if you purchased new ones, you would let the car naturally settle.

 

simple. if you do the job the wrong way, you get somewhat dissppointed. if you do it the right way, you get good results!!!.......if you open up the headlights, then you shud consider putting more sealant to avoid condensation.
