You can use clear silicon adhesive or:

Or you can preheat the over at 450degress,
Then turn off the oven, put the headlight in for 15 minutes.
So the black glue gets soft.
With some gloves on ,pry the lens off.
Remove the orange reflector.
Put the lens in the oven for 5 minute.(so the glue get soft.)
put the housing back together.
insert the clips that hold the lens and the light housing.(so they hold the light togther)
let it cool down.

install the lights back on the car. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...hreadid=119019

I remember when I wanted to do this mod and I saw a thread where you didn't have to go through all the oven heating stuff. After I removed my lights from the vehicle I used a long thin bladed screw driver to very quickly and easily pop that orange reflector into 3 small pieces. The pieces then just fell out of the hole where the bulb attaches. Worked great for me!

I think I saw that too, just have yet to do it, I'm not heating and re-sealing anything, I'm far too lazy, I'd rather buy them

Shoaf,
Just be careful, when you break the reflectors try not to scratch the silver/grey paint on the interior of the lens.

Thanks for the advice, it'll be a while anyway, I'm still in IRAQ with the Marines for another 10 months!
