unscrew every screw you can unscrew on the headlight first....(say that 5 times fast, hehe)

pre-heat the oven to 225

let the headlight sit for 10-15 mins...WATCHING IT every minute past 5 minutes so nothing can go wrong...

take the headlight out and separate the lens and the housing at a fairly fast pace.

should be pretty easy... g'luck dood.

Yup. Just make sure you reenforce the seal by adding more silicone layers to it when its drying in the end. (Meaning when you put it back together) I must reenforce this because these lamps WILL fog up on you if you dont' seal them right. I just finished this project. To add to the grey lexus seal, we added the new clear siliocone sealant on top of the edges when I put them back together this morning.

Enjoy
