Includes original strap, but a new 18mm band is recommended. I don't know all the details of this watch. I drive an IS350 driver but always wanted this. I wish I actually wore a watch. I don't like any jewelry. I'd still hang it off the shifter if I could get in it for around $65. This item is like most collectors. It's either in the box fresh and new, or used and worth whatever you can get for it.
