haha, my friend used to work for this company.

he said his coworker went through the program and ended up being one of the guys in the infomercial.

 

It works. I just finished week 4. It would work better if I did their diet plan, too, but they rule out beer. But, I really am doing the workouts and they work.

 

I just go to the gym and dont even bother looking at these workout dvds but I heard its the hottest workout dvds on the market. I guess its good for people that dont have a good workout routine.

 

the nice thing i think is that you get a bunch of different work outs. and you don't need the gym to do them, isn't it? i haven't seen these personally but my friend is using them and works up a major lather by the time he's through.

 

That is true. All you need is the chin up bar and you can get a complete workout without going to the gym.

 

You also need dumbells. I have it and it works.

 

so it works even though you don't do the DIET plan or food guideline ?

 

You'll get stonger no doubt but without a proper diet you wont see your 6 pack. If that's what your asking.

 

p90x is to build strength, flexibility, and overall definition-it's not for bulking up. dont forget, a good diet is required to accel when exercising.
if you have the time to try, why not. i'd def consider picking this up from the OP, but cant justify 85 bones for it (altho the selling price is dam good too)
