Two 250-watt Aikiphoto lamps, two softboxes (approx. 19x26), two 7-foot stands, and an extra 250-watt head (spare, brand new in box). Has 1/8-Full stop adjustment, perfect for product photography. This setup is awesome, I just don't use it anymore since I got my strobe setup a few months ago.
