Make my LS sexy again!
Hi all...I have a 2007 LS460L going on 100K miles. Grey ext / Black int.
It's time for a 90-100K mile service and, in addition to the factory service items, I'd like to have someone make it beautiful again...fix some scratches, paint chips, restore steering wheel leather, etc. I'm in North Miami and my local dealer has some appearance service packages that I've inquired about, but I thought I'd ask the collective wisdom of the CL forum for some guidance.
I'd also like to hear about some options on "new technology-ifying" the old Mark Levinson stereo...any way to get bluetooth for Podcasts, Spotify, Tidal, etc.? I had a cord but for some reason it stopped charging while connected and isn't very viable due to that. (old iPhone! - waiting on the 8)
Can anyone provide any recommendations of a shop in the Miami area that could do this type of work and/or assume my service needs?
Thanks in advance!
Jack

Hello JGeorge. I have the same exact car. I know the dealer youre referring to since I dealt with them when I got my car but if you want leather refreshening or some kind of custom work, head north to Sample. They have a shop just for custom work and such. As far as the audio, I have a 12 in mines with an aftermarket amp which replaced the stock sub. Clean install and sound without doing anything to the rest of the 18 speakers. Also have an aftermarket bluetooth connect that connects to the aux in the center console and as soon as I enter the car, its on BT. Can also pause and FF/REW from the BT controller and its about the size of the half dollar. PM me if you want info.
