You have a check engine light, yet you had time to refuel 3 times and do an oil change ?
Also, is refueling with the engine on, not causing issues with the evap system?
I don't remember: can the service menu display the codes? The one you access with display OFF, 5 swipes right, 5 swipes left.

17 years vested working for a fortune 100 company making 150k plus a year. I was severely injured at work. I’m in recovery. Haven’t worked in 2 years now. I’m getting a worker’s comp check and very thankful for it. With what’s left over after paying my bills I try to do stuff like oil changes , in which I was 1200 miles over. Seems like ever since I got injured **** just keeps happening!

No, my ES 350 does not display codes. Btw mines is a 2019 ES 350. You are right about filling up with the vehicle running. I have been doing that since the day I purchased the car new from the dealer and it never triggered a light up until here recently. I’ll make a habit of shutting the car off at the pump when filling.

Find out the codes and post here and while at advance auto see if they will clear for you.

Don’t do that. It may suck fuel through the EVAP.

That notification relates to the lane assist feature. It can wait to be addressed at a later date. It will not interfere with your ability to drive your vehicle. Get your health right dude. That's more important than anything right now. Hope you feel better soon dude.

That’s probably what’s happening! Just in case, is there a solution for this?

Turn off the car when you put gas, don’t fill it to full for some time.

Depending upon how states and locales have incorporated NFPA 30A "Code for Motor Fuel Dispensing Facilities and Repair Garages" into their laws and regulations pertaining to gas stations, it may be prohibited to refuel a vehicle while the vehicle is running. From NFPA 30A:
9.2.5 Basic Fire Control.

9.2.5.1 Sources of Ignition. Smoking materials, including matches and lighters, shall not be used within 6 m (20 ft) of areas used for fueling, servicing fuel systems of internal combustion engines, or receiving or dispensing of Class I and Class II liquids. The motors of all equipment being fueled shall be shut off during the fueling operation except for emergency generators, pumps, and so forth, where continuing operation is essential.
Most, if not all, gas stations also have warning signs posted complying with NFPA 30A:
9.2.5.4* Signs. Warning signs shall be conspicuously posted in the dispensing area and shall incorporate the following or equivalent wording:

WARNING

It is unlawful and dangerous to dispense gasoline into unapproved containers.

No smoking.

Stop motor.

No filling of portable containers in or on a motor vehicle.

Place container on ground before filling.

Discharge your static electricity before fueling by touching a metal surface away from the nozzle.

Do not re-enter your vehicle while gasoline is pumping.

If a fire starts, do not remove nozzle — back away immediately.

Do not allow individuals under licensed age to use the pump.

I live in a **** hole! Out in the middle of nowhere! I’m 2 to 3 hours away from anything decent, including a Metro City and that’s north , south , east, and west! I’m a hour drive from any interstate. I visited just about every state and metro city but , I just love where I live! I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! You can find just about anything that you are looking for, both good and bad and there is still good country talent here! Not a lot of rules, regulations , and restrictions here. I’m going to make better habits by shutting my vehicle off while fueling

Sounds like a proper diagnosis with a vacuum leak test and evap leak test so you don't have to throw parts at it. well wishes in your recovery and hope you get this sorted out. don't let a car sap out all your energy. it should work for you, not the other way around.

Went by advance auto’s Saturday had check engine light erased. Drove 2 hours to relieve much needed stress and 2 hours back home. With no problems or lights at all😊! I ordered vacuum hose from Lexus dealership. Paid 27 bucks for the hose. In the meantime I taped the original hose with electrical tape. I live 2hrs away from the Lexus dealership and have a doctor’s appointment later this week nearby the dealership. Thanks again! Check engine light hasn’t been back on since! Thanks!!!
