I know this only affects a small percentage of owners, thankfully, but I just ended my lifelong relationship with Acura because I had to adjust my driving style to avoid a jerky transmission. That'd be a hard pass for me if I had to do it again with Lexus. Hopefully a real solution is found for these issues.
I actually like my car real well again and just accept its limitations. 4 years and 55,000 miles. I also had to put the Amazon seat cushion in. That helps a lot.

What is the Amazon seat cushion? My 21 ES 350;seats are fine, just a little short on the padding. Never seen such firm seats in a car in all my seventy something years!

I bought that Amazon seat cushion after buying a different one locally that was junk. The Amazon one is good! Here's the link https://amzn.to/3wmpOvM
I don't bother using it around town, I put it on my seat only for longer trips.
Yeah kind of silly you'd need a specific method of driving this particular model. But I've owned this car now for more than four years and nearly 60K miles - early on, it annoyed me enough that I was sure I would dump the car sooner rather than later. Years later, I've gotten so used to it somehow, I don't even notice it anymore. Granted most of my driving is freeway.

I think this is the relevant part.
For those of us who commute in the city daily or, like myself, live in the inner city, this transmission is an absolute misery.
