I have a question about the extra options that I get from the car. In the original sticker paper that the last owner bought, it said that the car comes with the “trunk mat, cargo net, wheel locks, key gloves”. When I got the car, it didn’t come with the cargo net and the key gloves. I just want to know why is that, is it because it is used?
I didn't get the wheels locks, I forgot about them, probably Meade Lexus will put brand new.
I got a brand new trunk mat, used all weather floor mats, brand new all weather floor mats, brand new carpet floor mats and used cargo nets.
No kew glowes which is OK becuase I bought two of these:
I'm personally more concerned with the fact that the sticker says it was originally sold to TMS (corporate). This car was likely used by them as a press car, a ride and drive car, or an autoshow car, so needless to say I wouldn't say it was necessarily cared for how a true single owner would use it. Adding to that, the car has another owner after that which was legally and technically the "first" owner of the car.

Since that was printed out by the factory it probably means that is the dealership business name or holding company for them (specifically labeled "Dealer Name/Address") - it doesn't mean the car was sold to be driven by them (whoever they actually are) but rather just to go to that identified member of the dealer network.

Unfortunately I'd have to disagree with you. In a traditional window sticker for a car that goes straight to the selling dealer, the dealer's info goes in the first box, and the second box remains empty. This being an example: lexus (lexusofpalmbeach.com)
I've seen my fair share of autoshow cars and that is the one of the times where I've seen TMS in the first box and the selling dealer in the second box. On the forum we've also seen this with the F cars that were sold at the Performance Driving School and then sold to an actual consumer. The only saving grace is that this is an ES, so the odds of it being abused like a GSF or an RCF are very very low.
Also just wanted to add, window stickers are not printed at the factory. Cars arrive to the processing centers, i.e. "Ports" without window stickers and this is when they receive window stickers reflecting all the factory and port installed options. When a car is a manufacturer car, it goes straight from the factory to the manufacturer and once the manufacturer is done using it, that is when it goes back and receives its window sticker.

When I bought my CPO 2021 300h it came with brand new interior mats and 3 sets of trunk mats and a rubber trunk mat.
I never used the interior mats and one of the trunk mats…
unused interior and trunk mats still for sale
