I just tried driving without my hands on the steering wheel at about 45 mph for about 10 to 15 seconds and never got any warning, etc.

According to this document, it sounds like it should: https://www.lexus.com/documents/safe...s%7CT3%7Cfalse
Yes it does have Lane Centering. It's only active if you have LTA turned on and are actively using DRCC.

Agreed. My 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid was AMAZING at keeping me exactly in the center of the lane, without a lot of drifting or overcorrection. I find that my 2020 ES300h is constantly adjusting even when the lane and lines are straight. It's a bit aggravating because I feel the need to constantly stop the car from what feels like drifting in the lane.

My ES300H pings and pongs all over the lane. Our vehicle like most Lexus other models is using the old 2.0 plus safety system. The new version is 2.5 and supposedly fix this annoyance.

And I'm sure our cars with 2.0+ will not get a 2.5+ retrofit.

If I recall right currently 2021 IS is the first model in the line up with 2.5+ system. I saw IS350 F sport last week on the road and it looks sharp compare to last gen.
