Apple CarPlay - Messaging Audio
Has anyone figured out how to adjust the volume on Apple CarPlay when it reads your text messages? I've tried everything to adjust the audio. Volume controls work for everything but the messages. The current messages volume is too low to hear when I am on the freeway or have the windows/sunroof open. Thanks!

While the car is reading the text, try turning up the volume on your phone.

GOOD NEWS! With the help of a buddy, we figured out the fix for the audio control while Apple CarPlay reads your text message. Go to Settings - - Voice - - Voice Volume. Unsure why other Apple CarPlay vehicles you can control the volume of the text messages with the car and phone controls, but the 2019 ES does not. Happy to finally hear my text messages at a decent volume.

Also used to control the Voice Volume of the native Lexus Navigation Voice. Factory default level is "4".
