Just curious if anyone knows how to regulate the volume for when AA reads text messages. Adjusting the volume ****/steering volume controls doesn't control this. Most cars do control this by the simple aforementioned way.

You might try the solution DelLexusDS found that works for Apple Carplay text message reading volume - see Apple CarPlay - Messaging Audio post #7. Note the "Settings" is the Lexus Infotainment Vehicle Settings (the gear icon) menu item.

 

Try to press + for volume on the steering wheel while she reads the sms.

 

That hasn't been working. Maybe it's an issue with my phone...although everything is up to date(?)

 

OK, try to increase volume on your phone while she's reading.
