Climate control not coming on/ stuck on Auto mode
Our 2016 Lexus Rx350 climate control will not come on/stuck on auto mode with green light
Have anyone had this problem before?? We checked all the fuses and we took it to Lexus and they did the same thing we did and they can't find the problem they’re trying to charge $700 just in labor to try one more thing and they said it's not a guarantee it's going to work and we will still have to pay $800 for labor

I'm currently driving a 2016 RX350. But my Lexus before this one was a 2012 ISF, And It had a similar problem with the A/C system being stuck. The difference was the screen display was ok. And all the buttons worked. But the A/C was stuck. If you turned on the A/C it blew only hot air from the front dash vents. And only blew cold air from the one center console rear vent.
It took my local Lexus dealership 4 visits to fix the car. First it was battery resets and flashing the A/C ECU. Then they changed all of the control valves in the engine compartment. It would always work for a day or two. Then get stuck again.
The cars last visit to the dealership was for almost 30 days. Lexus brought in someone from corporate. They took the dash off the car. And ended up replacing every control valve on the car.
I purchased the car new. And got the Platinum extended warranty before the original factory warranty expired. So all I did was drop the keys on the dealership desk. And drive away with the loaner. I can only imagine the cost it would have been to have Lexus to shotgun all of those parts into my car. And pay for 4 or 5 weeks of labor.
