I’ve had my 2021 F-Sport not quite a year. Love just about everything about it except…

Over the winter, I noticed that there is some buzzing noise when accelerating between 5-15 mph, sometimes up to 20 mph. Doesn’t always happen but happens enough that its starting to get bothersome. Trouble is dealer can’t reproduce, any advice on how to get them to fix it? It seems to be happening right around the visor area

Also noticed starting last week, that when I accelerate I can hear a creaking sound in my seat, towards my left hand side…. that definitely wasn’t there before…worth pursuing?

I get a buzz around the right visor too. haven't pinned down the sound yet as it happens under certain frequency and i can never catch it. it goes away when i finally hear it and look in that direction.
i'm guessing a wire harness is just ever so slightly in the wrong spot and is really close to something. if only i could send a hamster inside to tug at it a bit and reposition.

 

Stinks you have the same problem. I wouldn’t be as bothered but I’ve gotten loaners of the recent ES models with more miles but without the issue … fingers crossed they will be able to reproduce and fix tomorrow

 

Well, surprisingly they said they were able to reproduce the issue with the buzzing sound. Here is what was put in the order:

So far, I have not heard the buzzing sound, but not had the car back but a few hours. Hopefully that’s the problem, but surprising that the sound is coming from there.

I have not reported the seat creaking, didn’t want to pile too many things in one visit. If it gets worse I’ll bring it up at my next service interval
