2020 ES300h UL inside temperature setting does but not always change when car is restarted. I can have it set on 76 and when I restart car it can change to 72 or other or it can remain the same at 76. 70% of the time it will stay at 76 and never know why it doesn't stay their. Has anyone else experienced this or know why this is happening? I have read that if their is a servo problem etc that climate system will reboot but go back to 75 but mine jumps all over the place....Thanks
Are you using the same key fob all of the time? Since settings can be mated to the specific fob, if you are using multiple fobs, your settings could be changing, depending on which fob you are using.
The car remembers the climate control and audio settings based on the key fob that was used. Everytime you turn off it should memorize the settings on that particular key.
It is on auto but temp setting should only change if another key fob is used. I can go somewhere and turn off and when restarted the temp setting may be changed about 30% of the time with other key fob at home.

I don't know if it applies to your case but I'll mention in case you haven't considered it. The Owner's Manual states in part:
The system may not operate correctly ... or if the smart access system with push-button start is used to unlock the passenger door.
and
● Vehicles with the driving position memory: The doors that can recall the air con-ditioning setting* when unlocked using the smart access system with push-button start can be changed. For details, contact your Lexus dealer.
*: The doors that can recall the driving position memory are changed at the same time.
So, unless you've had the dealer change the default setting, using any other door than the driver's door to unlock the car may cause the system to operate incorrectly.
Assuming you're doing everything according to the Owner's Manual, you need to take the problem to the dealer's service department. Although I haven't seen an issue mentioned with A/C temperature control, there has been mention of a few ill behaving controls whose root problem cause was improper accomplishment of dealer pre-sale car systems initialization procedures.
