My wife's 2020 ES350 F Sport is a great car but was missing some excitement. We had traded her 18 GS350 F Sport when we found out we were expecting due to the back seat limitations on the GS. She really missed that car so I did a few mods to make the ES a bit more lively. I put on some 20inch ADV1's courtesy of Mike Forsythe and LexFest along with the RSR Downs. But the biggest question mark was the exhaust.
There's not much out there for the ES outside of the JDM TRD Exhaust which requires a rear valence or bumper modification. It's also very pricey. I had seen other guys saying the Camry TRD exhaust would fit both the ES and the Avalon but it was confirmed that it fit neither vehicle. That got me to thinking, that possibly the Avalon TRD exhaust would fit. So I decided to give it a shot. Worst case I would just sell the exhaust back to an Avalon owner.
After getting the car on the lift and pulling the original catback out, I confirmed that the units are identical. I installed the exhaust with ease and the only modification was cutting off tips. I got PN PTR03-07200 from my local Toyota dealer. The part came in 2 days. Many online Toyota dealers I had tried to buy from were saying 3-4 weeks for shipment and $300+ for shipping because of the freight shipping. I saved ~$275 by going with my local Toyota. Anyways, I hope this helps some of you enthusiasts who are looking for a decent exhaust system. The car has much different characteristics now that the suspension is lowered, wheels are bigger wider and lighter, and there is a bit of an exhaust note. It is much more fun to drive, a bit quicker (mostly due to the wheels), and handles incredibly well. The wheels are staggered fitment 9 inch wide in the front and 10.5 in the back. The wider track, plus the lowered body really helps the handling shine, especially when in Sport +.
Huge thanks for giving it a try. I've been wondering if there's an option that doesn't require modifying the rear bumper cause all I wanted too was a little more noise but nothing outside that would suggest it. I was wondering if the mounting points for the catbacks are the same or if there's anything that needs to be modified back there since it looks like the little arms coming off the catback don't match up exactly. Thanks again!

No problem! I was wondering the same and just couldn't take it anymore. My other two vehicles are much faster. Very happy I took the plunge. D3 performance should be dropping a tune for us too to at least make the car fun to drive and at least close to the competition. But with lighter wheels and lowered it's already quicker, handles better is a joy to drive. My wife is happy and so am I haha.

Thanks man. Sounds even better rear is 275/30/r20 front is 235/35/r20
Car looks great! Are you using Quickjacks? If so which model? I have the 5000SLX and worried about using them since the pinch weld jack points are longer than my lift.
Can it fit luxury 2023 es 350 and and can it be modified to have a dual exhaust?
do you have any suggestions for the diffuser?

I find it hard to believe the car is quicker because of the wheels when you went from 18 to 20 inches even if the new ones are forged.
This is very true, because the 20" wide rim wheels on sports ultra low profile tires are often heavier, with more radial torque too, hence the acceleration from 0-60 is normally actually slower!
