It's available on non FSport models so you can go online to see one.

Looks nice.

I just had an ES300h as a loaner for about a week, and the look of the spoiler grew on me. Enough so that I decided to order one for my car.
I looked into buying the OEM piece, but there is absolutely no support for it. The part number exists for the unprepped, unpainted piece but that's all. Which is strange, because for previous generations a lip spoiler was available in every color, and each had it's own part number. The template for drilling the holes and installation aren't even available for this generation.

So I went with an aftermarket, OEM-style one, and it comes with everything I need to install it. It's currently being painted, I should have it this week. Fingers crossed it comes out looking good!!

I know directions on how to install the Spoiler was posted on this form several months back when I inquired about it. The spoiler isn't unique to the F-SPORT and can be ordered from the factory on any ES as far as I know. I initially wanted one but changed my mind. What's funny when I owned my 2013 Honda Accord the spoiler was the only place on the car that the clear coat started to come off. It had me wondering if the paint process was different for Honda accessories since that was a Honda spoiler put on at the dealership. When I initially looked into finding a Lexus spoiler they didn't have one available for my cars color in Silver Lining Metallic.

I remember your thread, there was a diagram showing the part and part number, but no instructions. Lexuspartsnow.com posts all of the instructions on their site with the parts, and even they don't have it. I think it's because the OEM piece is from the replacement parts catalog and only unpainted. There's no part numbers for painted spoilers as accessories so the typical installation instructions aren't available either

My aftermarket one from a popular parts store in Texas arrived today. They sent me a different model though...ugh!

Update:
Dropped my Car off on Fri, at Lexus dealer to install a PAINTED Spoiler 3-4 hrs later I get a call saying this is harder than first thought because there isn't a Template to instill on 2020-ES. so the shop is still looking for away to install.
How did you guys have yours instilled ?

So like I was saying, there isn't a template available from Lexus. The route I took was to buy an aftermarket look-a-like that came with template and instructions and had it painted to match. The OEM one can still be installed without a template, but whoever does it is going to have to use another method to mark where to drill the holes. An easy trick is to make a few long strips of paper with a hole punched in it, one for each bolt hole on the spoiler. Line up a strip of paper with the hole matched up to the bolt holes on the under, mock up the spoiler on the trunk and tape down the strips of paper. Remove the spoiler and you should have the spots marked for drilling.

Here's a photo after install, now that I finally got around to doing it. Very happy with how it turned out.

Here's a comparison of mine to the OEM piece on that was on the ES300h loaner I had last month. Both cars are Eminient White Pearl, just a little lighting difference. Factory painted and installed is on top, the aftermarket piece on my car is on the bottom:

The spoiler for the 2021 Blackline Edition is actually different, slightly lower profile and tapered at the ends. Figured I add to the many options already listed here in case someone wants something different. I don't have the part#, but I'm pretty sure it can be ordered.

^That's actually nice. would look good painted on a non-sport model. looks good in black on a white sport model. though i think a bit too much contrast with a chrome strip right next to it.
