You need to sit in each model and compare. The latest gen I feel is more cramped, feels not as solid, and the interior materials feel cheaper, and far more complicated to operate for the infotainment. The latest gen has an 8 speed that likes to hunt going from gears. Foglights are gone.

Different generation, safety systems etc. Drive both, the 17 is barely broken in so if you're happy with it, you can pocket roughly 15k -20k.

Just be careful that some 19s and some 20s don't have the apple car play or android auto. Lexus made things crazy by not offering this from the inception of the 2019 redesign. The 20's have automatic powerfold mirrors

Im pretty sure all 19s have Crapple Carplay. It was Android they later added.

I have driven both. I find the current generation ES to be a much better driving experience, primarily from a handling perspective. You need to test drive them both and decide if the price difference is worth it, considering how long you'll keep it, trading in value, etc.

19 and above are on a completely new vehicle platform and structure.

Safer and better handling by designing more rigid body and lower center of gravity.

Also the new models have more technology.

You should drive both back to back and decide based on what's important to you and how much you want to spend.

Dude, I am sorry, I might be mistaken, but I do not really think that those are original camry rims.
