So pick up my new 2020 es300h today and after going thru the warranty and service guide, I notice the scheduled maintenance log is no longer there. On my 2015 it was there showing what’s needs to be done at every 8k km. It might be separate for the 2020 models. Also there’s no towing eyelet. Can someone confirm if there’s a Scheduled Maintenance Log book and towing eyelet before I call my salesman. Thanks.

 

For the US sold model, the service log is at the back of the 2020 ES 300h WARRANTY AND SERVICES GUIDE available at the Drivers Lexus website. After some digging around on the Lexus Canada web site to find the Canadian version, it looks like the Canadian version doesn't have a service log section. Instead, it states:

Although I don't think the format is as good as the US version service log, the Lexus Canada web site does provide LEXUS MAINTENANCE where you can construct "YOUR PERSONALIZED SCHEDULE OF ESSENTIAL SERVICES".

In regards to the towing eyelet, I don't think any US built ES'a have towing eyelets. My US sold and US built 2019 ES 350 din't have a towing eyelet and from what's been mentions in a few other threads I gather that's the rule for US manufactured models.
