Service/maintenance

Do you have to do all service/maintenance through a Lexus dealer to keep the warranty intact?

absolutely not. you are not required to go to dealership for services to keep warranty. unless they can prove whatever broken / defective is due to owner's errors / ignorance, they have to honor the warranty
