Has anyone had problems with dull finish or clear coat pealing on any of their 2019 ES 350 18 inch luxury wheels? I am having this issue on two of my wheels.
Never had that issue. I only use car wash soap on the wheels and never used a wheel cleaner. Also wax the wheels when I wax the car. Not implying you did not care for them properly. Just stating what I have done.

yes those are them. The two wheels have been much duller than the other two wheels since I bought the car new. They feel like they have over spray on them from a body shop.
Your post made me go out and take a close look at my wheels to check for any deterioration. Fortunately I have none... Your wheel finish peeling sounds like a warranty issue to me...
I didn't know that there was a clear coat on the wheels.

Dealership is going to pick the car up and bring loaner Wednesday since the dealership is 130 miles from me. I really think it has some kind of heavy over spray on it.
What's the needy way to keep these wheels clean? Just oh neutral car shampoo and water followed by a towel to dry them? Is a brush a bad idea as it might damage the chrome?
I bought the car brand new. So the wheels should have never been refinished there would be no reason.
You’d be shocked what they will refinish on a brand new car. Cars are damaged in transit all the time. I was at a Lexus dealer last week buying wiper blades and a cabin air filter for my car, and a brand new ES350 with the window sticker on it had its passenger rear door bashed in. They will fix that and sell it as new without telling anybody.
your wheels could have been damaged when loading or unloading the car from the truck, or on the lot, etc.
Your description of the wheels being less shiny and having a gritty overspray type feel sounds like crappy wheel repairs I’ve seen.
