Default Touchpad feedback force setting problem

2019 es 350 , I set my touchpad feedback force setting to off, but after a few restarts the force is back and the setting is still indicates off. To turn the force off again i need to change the setting to 1 and then back to off. Do I have a problem or am I doing something wrong?

I have the same issue, but mine is intermittent. Sometime no feedback, sometimes there is. I've noticed that it most often shows up when on the Nav screen, then doesn't turn off. I even asked about it at my 5K mile service, but the guy had NO idea what I was talking about. Of course it wasn't doing it when he looked, so all he did was check the same settings I've already checked about 50 times.

I have noticed the problem less often but that may be due to the fact that I am driving very little since COVID. Basically since COVID my driving has been just locally so I rarely use the touchpad. My touchpad usage is solely for the GPS system, sorry I could not be of more help.

Since this isn't an official Lexus corp forum, I doubt anyone over there is reading.
I would bring this up with the dealer if you need an official response/possible fix..
