IIRC you could option for an automatic opener and closer with the key fob. For 2019 Lexus added the kick sensor as an option. I don't believe that the kick option was available on previous MY cars. As far as adding it to a 2018, anything is possible with enough money. I would think that it would be very expensive as an add-on...
