The 2020 ES 350 UL we are considering purchasing does have lighter interior (parchment, I think) and some slight discoloration on the driver seat’s side bolster. Is there any way to correct this without a huge investment? Has anyone else remedied this somehow?
That's odd. I've had blue jean transfer on my (same color) seats, and it was easily removed with a mild cleaner. The detailer might have been too lazy to address it, I'd ask them if it can be corrected before taking it on yourself
If in fact it turns out to be blue jean indigo transfer I use this which was recommended by a member some 12 years ago for my 2013 ES with parchment seats. GOOD LUCK!
I got some indigo jeans a while back and saw some dye transfer on my beige seats. Although I really like Dr. Beasley's leather cleaner, which worked very well, I also found out that almost any household spray cleaner (401, etc, but NOT Windex, which should never be brought near an automobile) and a terrycloth towel will do a pretty good job of removing the transferred color.
