Default Hard Seats

I am thoroughly enjoying my new 2020 ES with Premium package. Only regret is not going top of the line and getting the aniline leather seats. Oh well. I am a little concerned about how hard the front seat is. Will it break-in and soften up over time? Thanks.

GOOD LUCK with the new wheels! I have an UL ES 350 and have the Aniline leather seats. They are indeed very soft and supple. I'm guessing that you have the Nulux vinyl seats. If you have the standard leather I found them to be very satisfying on my 2013 ES but not as nice as the Aniline. Softness does increase with use. My daughter bought an NX with Nulux and I was very impressed with the quality and texture. So impressed that I would have had it in my UL model if possible. The softness also increases with use.

Premium package must include the regular leather? In any event, I also prefer the Nuluxe just for durability.

Base or Base with Premium are NuLuxe. I also prefer the NuLuxe over standard leather - although I like the smell of real leather.

Got it. I also enjoy the smell of leather but having both Nuluxe in my ES and leather in my wife's RX, I see the wear and tear factor clearly.
