Without getting caught up in all of OP's attempted cuteness, I'm guessing it's a pattern of white LEDs on the headliner to simulate a starry sky as seen in some British hyper-luxury models. OP can tell us if I'm guessing wrong.

its a trendy thing that i first started seeing 7-8 years ago in rap videos. they put LEDs in the ceiling to make it look like its a night sky.

I did a lot of mods to my car, but stopped short of the star ceiling. That one just takes too much time and effort!
