Macadamia Interior Question?
I am guessing that only the perforated stuff is leather. I have a Luxury trim and only the central portions of the seatbacks and bottoms are perforated. The Luxury trim list on the window sticker says the seats and steering wheel are "leather-trimmed." I suppose the perforations are functional in combination with the heated and cooled seats. I am very fond of the cooled seats on a hot day.
Looking at pictures of a 2025 ES300h UL in the local dealer's website, it does not look like the console covering is perforated. The window sticker seat description is the same as my Luxury seat description. There is nothing to suggest that the armrests are leather and they are visibly not quilted, so AI may have it wrong.
"Semi-Aniline Leather-Trimmed Heated and Ventilated Front Seats with Driver's Seat Memory"
Here is what they say about the seat leather: "Semi-Aniline Perforated Leather-Trimmed Interior. Dyed all the way through, unlike leathers with conventional surface dyes. To produce the semi-aniline trim, a higher grade of leather must be used, since imperfections cannot be hidden."

I just hope that the problem of dye transfer from jeans has been solved; even though I did not wear jeans when I had the Gen 6 with leather, the first owner did and it made a mess that I never could really eradicate…and that wasn’t with the macadamia white that we see here.
I have the bamboo/macadamia combo interior and I'm concerned about my arm's oil and sweat may alter the color and surface.
I'm thinking of buying a sleeve that goes over the center armrest console. Anybody done that?

I have that same color combo in my '25 ES350 UL. I use this vehicle as a daily driver and owned this vehicle since last November. I use a plush, high-quality microfiber towel (the size of a face cloth) and fold it up in quarters. I place this on the console (placing it under my elbow and forearm) and have had no issues doing this. The added benefit of doing this over using a sleeve is that you can also use this towel to dust off the dashboard and your Infotainment screen. These towels are cheap and can be found in most any automobile parts store. Give this a try. I'm sure this will meet you need.
