After seeing the interior and exterior of this 2026 ES, it makes me extremely grateful to have my 2025 ES350 UL. Compared to the new model it looks so much nicer. The interior on the new vehicle is turning more and more into a Tesla. I like buttons; I do not want a screen and a menu to go through for basic items. And the power is way down; much slower than my V6 albeit with better mileage. And they made it 6 inches longer with a huge rear seat space; maybe if I had lots of passengers I would like the idea. But I don't need a car that is half a foot longer, slower and looks wonky. I am so glad I did not wait for the new version.
I still believe this is not the final design. If you put the screen like this, what will happen in case of an accident? What is going to happen when the airbag deploy?
It's like the designers went to Best Buy in their lunch break and thought the new ES should have a TV or two....

The airbag is going to go knock the screen downwards.

It even goes beyond Tesla, the capacitive buttons are hidden.
