I bought a 2019 ES350 Luxury with every available option except triple beam headlights new. In 5 plus years of ownership it went in to the dealership one time for squeaky pano roof. there was a bulletin out, they forgot to add lock tight on bolts. a little while later I was on my way. It has been perfect ever since.

 

Bought wife's 2019 ES300h in April 2019. Just regular maintenance, no issues over 47,000 miles.
