I'd try bringing it in to the dealership. Even if you are out of warranty, they may repair it in good faith. If not, then I'd really start doing some research.

Is there any way to just pop up the ports and replace the parts? or should I remove the whole center console?

While the rear footwell area USB ports on the back of the center console are not wired
for signal (only charging) you should check if they are still connected. If not, it would seem
that you have somehow unplugged the whole console. If they work OK for charging, then
you may have a plug on the back of the head unit disconnected.

I just bought a new ports for about $150.

Should I remove the whole center console for replacing the ports or is there any way to replace it without removing the center console?
thanks

Don't have an answer for you but here's a video on
to take apart the center console and dash, if you didn't already know how to.

If it's the ports in front, by the shifter, I think(?) you might be able to slide the knee pad covering on the center console and that'll give you some space to see where the USB is. Maybe you'll have enough room to check the connection and/or pop it out? Sorry, not really helpful.

Why do you think replacing the ports will solve the problem? I'd give it a 50% chance at best.

If it's a mechanical problem, I don't think it's likely that both ports would fail at the same time. Are you aware that the system will only recognize one USB device at a time?

I think some water or coffee just dripped in the ports
