Update:

just tried to disassemble the center console but this part with Mark Levinson logo is SO stiff and I could not take it off, tried with fingers and screw driver with no results. Is there any clips or something should I remove before take this part off?

Have you watched the video? I think it shows at 1:57. If you haven't already, I think you need to take off both sides of that side padding and pry out

 

I’ve already watched and it seems easy, but when I tried it was so stiff, maybe got glued before?

 

Update:

I Just replaced the power ports, and now everything works like a charm.
