thanks, was wondering if anyone else had any further experience in the past couple weeks. Thats a bad thing if those computers are on back order and they had to replace some. When I go in I am going to ask them if they really need the car for 24 hours for the recall, and if so, why 24 hours? (are they preparing to have to replace the ECU? ) . if it really needs to be 24 hours, I may wait until the next 5000 mile service interval.
If there are issues with the update, maybe in time lexus will sort all that out/ have a newer version of the update that will work? Have more ECU's in stock in the US?
